Jeffrey has practiced corporate and securities law with the Wall Street firm, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae and focused on acquisitions as Senior Counsel for NL Industries, then a Fortune 200 corporation. Later, he was more directly involved in asset management for Capital Group, Inc., one of the largest and oldest investment advisors in the world and later served as CEO of a private holding company with significant equity investments and operations in real estate and oil and gas.
Jeffrey was educated at Williams College, L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and Columbia University Law School. He has bi-lingual capability in French and has taught law and investment courses as an adjunct college professor.
